TRIP HOST,  USA 

Position

Description

This is a part-time remote position, you can work form anywhere in the world however must be a USA passport holder.

This position requires a dynamic, fun and focused individual who will lead our experiences. The go to and in charge person on our tours. You're the one who sets the tone ,engages and manages the trip hand in hand with the trip Co-ordinator. You will be assigned 3 - 4 trips annually which you will be responsible for pre and during our group experiences. You will be required to travel to specific destinations pre-trip and ensure maintained on the ground quality of our experiences, tours, hotels and other logistics such as meetings with on the ground teams. 

Role

This position is the perfect balance between work and play you're the vibe setter, but you'll need to be incredibly focused be able to pay meticulous attention to detail, You must be comfortable working in foreign environments, be passionate about travel, a peoples person with a solid work ethic.  Besides getting to travel the world you'll be responsible for hosting our guests and ensuring they have a wonderful experience with us. 

Compensation 

You will be paid on a per trip basis, all flights, accommodation will be covered you will also have a trip allowance for each experience.

REQUIREMENTS

USA based/ USA Passport holder

Age: 25 - 35

Valid USA passport

Travel experience

EXPERIENCE CO-ORDINATOR
 

Position 

Experience Co- Ordinator | Part Time

Description

This is a part time remote position, you can work form anywhere 

This an incredibly demanding position an all work no play position which requires a unique individual who's hands on 

focused and able to take charge. Your job is the logistical part of our experiences. The person that quality checks all tour, guides, hotels, destinations , meals and more.  You will be assigned 3 - 6 trips annually which you will be responsible for the experience pre-travel dates and required to assist the host at all times during the trip by checking everything ahead of time. You will be required to travel to specific destinations pre-trip and ensure maintained on the ground quality of services. Engage in meetings with on the ground teams, photographers, videographers and potential future partners etc. You do all the hard work and the success of our experiences weighs on your attention to detail so make sure this position matches your capabilities.

Role

Pay meticulous attention to detail, You must be comfortable working in foreign environments, highly professional at all times, be passionate about travel, good at planning, and Co-ordinating and be a peoples person with a solid work ethic.

TRAVEL BUSINESS ASSISTANT

Travel Business Assistant | Full Time

2pm - 10 pm

Description

This is a full time in office administrative position,  you must be based in Cape Town, South Africa

You will be responsible for day to day admin relating to the company. Managing bookings, client information and resolving client related issues. You are not required to travel however this position may require out of office / odd hours considering the difference in time zones. Our clients are USA based.
