As the Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic continues to evolve constantly, We love travel will continue to monitor global developments and follow the World Health Organisation (WHO) Center for Disease Control (CDC) and U.S. Department of State for guidance. We will also continue to update information on countries that are lifting their travel restrictions. All clients on 2021 trips that may have been affected/postponed due to Covid-19 have been notified. We are working with each client to ensure the best possible outcome. Going forward all bookings made during 2021 may have eased terms and conditions such as flexibility to transfer to any of our other trips

Due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic trips may be postponed to a later date due to last minute travel restrictions.  We encourage all travellers to purchase Travel ensuring that covers trip cancellation. We also encourage all travellers to book their flights closer to the travel dates. All flights should be flexible flights. Kindly only book your flight once we've sent out an e-mail giving you the green light to avoid disappointments due to last minute restrictions.  CDC health and Covid-19 travel related information is available here.

 

Please note that trip numbers may range and are not fixed to the stated terms and conditions. If a trip will be postponed all travellers will be notified at least 6-8 weeks before the trip start date.  We've also introduced travel credits for our clients which are valid for 6 - 12 months depending on the trip you were initially booked for. Once this period has lapsed the travel credit will automatically become invalid and can no longer be used. With your travel credit you will be able to request a private trip or be able to join any other trip we are hosting in another destination.  For more information please view our booking Terms & Conditions.

WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN DURING TRIPS

• A negative Covid-19 test result is required to attend all our trips. The test should be no more than 72 hours old

• We encourage  mask wearing in public spaces. 

• Hand sanitiser and masks will be readily available throughout the trip and in each personal gift bag.

• We Love Travel will assist with pre-departure testing. Covid -19 testing fees are to be handled by the guests.
